Tortilla Casserole
from Leslie Jennings1 lb chicken, browned and cut bite size or shredded
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1 chopped onion
4 oz can diced green chilies
Combine ingredients and layer with tortillas, in 9x13 pan (you have to cut the rounded edges a little to make them fit better.) Begin and end with tortillas. Top with cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve with sour cream and salsa.
