My name is Camille. I enjoy cooking for my family of 5! I consider myself a picky eater! Growing up I wouldn't eat very many foods. As I get older and get introduced to different foods I am learning to appreciate more new and different kinds of food now! Since taste is very important to me I wanted a spot to put my favorite recipes...so here it is!

Aunt Marsha's Quick Lasagna

I love this because it is quick to put together ahead of time and you can stick it in the oven on a busy school night or even use the oven timer! I like this also because you don't have to pre-cook the lasagna noodles!!

Aunt Marsha's Quick Lasagna
from Leslie Jennings

1 lb ground beef, browned

Blend in blender:
1 (28 oz) can whole tomatoes, drained
1 small can tomato paste
1 small can tomato sauce
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4-1/2 onion (the blender chops it!)
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp oregano
1 T sugar

Pour blended mixture into ground beef and add:
2 cups cottage cheese

2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
8 oz uncooked lasagna noodles

In 9x13 pan layer sauce, noodles, sauce, cheese, noodles, sauce, cheese.
Cover tightly with aluminum foil and cook at 350 degrees for 1 hour 10 minutes (or until bubbly and noodles are tender.)
