Cheese Mix for Baked Potatoes

...otherwise known as loaded baked potatoes! Baked potatoes won't get eaten at my house unless they are loaded like this!! So worth the extra effort!

Cheese Mix for Baked Potatoes

5 slices Bacon, cooked and cut small
1 cup grated Cheddar Cheese
1 cup Sour Cream
1/2 cup butter, softened
2 T Green Onions (or chives), chopped
1/2 tsp salt
8 potatoes, baked

Mix cheese, sour cream, butter, green onions and salt (you can mix bacon in now or top with bacon.) Refrigerate until ready to use. Split baked potatoes and place on cookie sheet. Spoon in cheese mixture. Sprinkle tops with bacon. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes (or until mixture is warmed).
