Aunt Marsha's Lemon Carrots

A good way to dress up some plain ol' carrots!!

Aunt Marsha's Lemon Carrots

Carrots
Butter
2 T lemon juice (fresh is yummy!)
Fresh parsley (it's also great if you just use dried parsley)

Steam carrots until tender. Melt butter. Add lemon juice to butter. Pour over carrots. Gently stir in parsley. Serve immediately.
