Fruit Salad for a Crowd
2 pkgs. 3 ½ oz instant pudding, coconut cream or pistachio
20 oz. can crushed pineapple and juice
20 oz. can pineapple tidbits and juice
16 oz. mandarin oranges, drained
½ cup coconut
2 cups red or green seedless grapes
2 cups mini marshmallows
20 oz. carton frozen whipped topping, thawed
In large mixing bowl, mix instant pudding with crushed pineapple, pineapple tidbits and juice. Mix in remaining ingredients until well blended. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Makes 20-25 servings.
