I made this mango peach smoothie for breakfast this morning! It was a big hit! Everyone loved it! I was excited to find this winner recipe by Nikki at Chef in Training off of lilluna.com. I seem to be in a rut with my smoothies and I'm happy to add this new one to the rotation!
MANGO PEACH SMOOTHIE
- 1 mango, peeled, sliced and pitted
- 1-2 peaches, peeled, sliced and pitted
- 1/2 cup Orange, Peach, Mango juice (Dole makes this flavor, but you could simply use orange juice as well)
- 6 oz. fat-free peach yogurt
- 1 cup ice
- (I added a little sugar because that's the way we like it over here! ... I also like to sneak in a little wheat germ or whatever healthy thing when I can!)
Combine all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth.
