Art City Salad
Salad: 4 cups Romaine Lettuce
2 cups Iceberg Lettuce
1 1/2 cups Monterey Jack Cheese
3/4 cup Candied Almonds
3/4 cup Cooked Bacon, in pieces
2 1/2 cups Shredded Rotisserie Chicken
Toss ingredients together.
Dressing:
3/4 cup Sugar
1 1/2 tsp Dry Mustard
1 tsp Salt
1/3 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1 cup Olive Oil
3 T Poppy Seeds
Blend sugar to pulverize. Add dry mustard, salt, vinegar & blend until sugar is dissolved. Slowly add oil and poppy seeds. Pour over salad and toss it all together.
