Chicken 'N Rice

Another one of my husbands all-time favorite meals!!

Chicken 'N Rice

Chicken Pieces (w/skin and bones)
1 1/2 cup rice (can mix half white/half brown)
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 can Cream of Celery Soup
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 small can of mushroom pieces, drained
1 small can of water
Salt and Pepper

Preheat oven to 275 degrees. Spread rice on bottom of 9x13 pan. Mix together soups, mushrooms and water. Pour over rice and slightly stir. Layer chicken pieces on top. Salt and pepper to taste. Bake for 3 hours uncovered.
Serves 6-8.
