Crock Pot Pork Chops

Mustard
Salt and Pepper
Oil
2-3 cans of Chicken Noodle Soup
Spread mustard on top and bottom of each pork chop. Season with salt and pepper. Brown chops in oil. Place in crock pot. Pour on cans of Chicken Noodle Soup (enough to cover chops.) Let simmer in crock pot for at least 3 hours (on high) or all day (on low). Make a gravy out of the soup mixture and serve with mashed potatoes.
